We are accomplished manufacturers that specialise in small batch production to ensure the highest standards in the industry. We have a modern, fully accredited production facility in west London that can produce over 50 tonnes of food a week.
Our end-to-end service begins with our skilled development team creating delicious recipes from our brand new NPD kitchen. Once the products have customer approval our in-house technical, purchasing and implementation team get these products tested and perfected for scaled up production. From there our highly trained and seasoned manufacturing staff ensure that we produce to our exacting standards every time
We have three core focuses at Mouthfull: hot soups and sauces, cold sauces and dressings, and convection oven batch production.
Hot
For Hot manufacturing we have an array of brat pans and heat jacketed vessels ranging from 50kg up to 350kg. These enable us to both fry and boil at large volumes so that we can tackle the most complicated recipe.
Cold
For Cold manufacturing we have a state of the art high shear mixer which allows for high speed emulsification for the perfect dressing or mayonnaise every time.
Oven
We also have the capacity to roast, sous vide and steam on mass with our wall of Rational convection ovens.

Healthcare
Mouthfull specialises in providing exciting food into the care sector that still delivers on all of the key nutritional fronts. We have the capabilities to cater for all variations of diet including high calorie, low salt or gluten free. One of our proudest achievements to date was providing over 6000 free meals a week to NHS hospitals during the COVID pandemic.
Education
Mouthfull have a wealth of experience in developing school menus that provide children with excellent nutrition whilst being delicious and affordable. Our biggest success in this field was developing a range of low sugar and low salt meals using wholegrain carbohydrates that were supplied across the capital during the Summer School Meal program of 2020.
Charity
Charity work is a key building block for our business, and long may it continue. During the COVID pandemic we partnered with the food charity Fareshare to provide over 300 tonnes of food at cost to the most underprivileged and vulnerable members of our society.
